At ThermaLuxe, your comfort and satisfaction matter to us. We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at info@thermaluxe.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund or free replacement at no additional cost to you.
